Do you do Paid Ads?

No, I specialize in content marketing for organic growth. There are different types of Social Media Managers - just like there are different types of ‘Trades’ we all are good at individual tasks. However, I do have some great partners that I can recommend you, just send me an email!

How do I get started?

First of all, have a browse through the price & service guide, and then email me at hellocreativecacti@gmail.com to get started. From here I will send you an introduction form as well as the first invoice for a deposit.

Is there a lock-in contract?

Nope! All packages are month-to-month period, however I do have plenty of on-going clients that hire me on-going!

Do I need to supply photography for a content plan?

If you have photography then yes! We should use it! But don’t worry if you don’t have any, my job is to source the content for you! I do this by either creating it or using user-generated images. Sometimes I offer photography as well so ask me about this if you’re interested!

How do the invoices work?

Depending on your package, the first payment needs to be either a 50% or 100% deposit, this must be paid before any work is started, if you’re an ongoing client, then your invoice is moved to a 20-day payment period, so once I send your content plan, you have 20 days to pay.

Am I going to get 1,000 followers?

While I would love to promise you an amount of followers, I can’t because it depends on so many different variations. The point of a package with Creative Cacti is to be consistent, this means your account is going to be highly active and engaged with your audience, which should then convert to your account being shown to more people.

How long does it take for a content plan to be created?

It depends on how many posts you purchased, as well as how quickly the form and invoice is paid. The planning and work is started once the invoice is paid. I research your website, socials, competition, industry, followers & insights before even starting to put your content together.
