TERM AND MATERIAL DATES

(a) Commencement Date. As discussed on email / phone
(b) Completion Date. As discussed on email/phone OR 1-week notice 


PAYMENT, EXPENSES, AND DELIVERABLES

​(a) Payment Terms. A flat fee of the agreed amount per week/month as discussed in the email.  All prices are inclusive of GST.

OWNERSHIP AND RIGHTS
(a) Ownership. Creative Cacti owns All Work Product unless agreed otherwise

AGREEMENT TERMS

THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS 

Completion Date the client must give Creative Cacti 14 days notice of discontinued work or you can be charged if work has already been completed. 

SERVICES

Should have been agreed upon via email or some text form. Any additional services could have extra charges. 

Time Frame. Creative Cacti must provide the Services and Deliverables required no later than the Completion Date.
Change Requests. The Client must notify the Creative Cacti of any changes that have already been scheduled at least 48 hours before posting. 

PAYMENTS AND EXPENSES

The Client must pay the Payment to Creative Cacti before any work will be scheduled  - unless stated otherwise. If monthly, you will be invoiced on the first Monday of every month.

The Client will pay the amount owed within 20 days of receiving the invoice.

In the event that payment required is not made within the required time frame, an additional amount of a late fee of 20.0% per month on the outstanding amount is due. You will receive a minimum of three reminders before being charged with a late fee. 

In the event the client does not like the work produced by Creative Cacti, revisions will be made until work is completed. The client still does owe CC for time & effort put in. [$40 per hour]

TERM AND TERMINATION

Termination Clause. This Agreement commences or is deemed to have commenced on the Commencement Date, and continues until the client gives at least 1 week notice.

Termination. Either Party may terminate this Agreement for any reason with 14 days written notice to the other party.

​Payment for Termination. If either party elects to terminate this Agreement after the Commencement Date, then the Client must pay the outstanding amount for all the work undertaken up to and including the date of termination and have completed so far (including development work that is yet to be delivered as a Deliverable to the Client)
